Baby Lisa Irwin Missing: Source Reveals Timeline of Events
A source revealed details that are more specific about what happened on the night 11-month-old Lisa Irwin went missing from her Kansas City home.
The source, which is familiar with the family's recount of the story, gave specifics of what took place on Oct. 3 and Oct. 4 according to baby Lisa's parents.
Mother Deborah Bradley fell asleep drunk that night and father Jeremy Irwin had an unusual evening work shift; the source told the Kansas City Star.
According to the source, Irwin arrived home at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon on Oct. 3. He ate dinner with his family and played with the three kids.
Bradley went to the grocery store with her brother, Phillip Netz, to buy wine at about 4:30 p.m. Irwin stayed behind to watch Lisa and her two brothers.
They returned from the store at about 5 p.m. and Irwin headed to work around a half hour later. Next-door neighbor, Samantha Brando, came to the house along with her 4-year-old daughter.
Bradley took Lisa to her crib at 6:40 p.m., while Brando went to buy liquor for herself. Bradley said she was drunk at 10:30 p.m, and told Brando she was going to sleep. Brando left soon after. Lisa's brothers fell asleep with Bradley.
Lisa's door was closed to drown out the noise from the boys.
Irwin got off work at 3:45 a.m. and returned home. He said the front doors were unusually unlocked and the lights were on. He realized the window in the computer room was open. He tried to shut it but could not.
Jeremy Irwin said baby Lisa's door was open at this point, but did not check on her. He instead went to his bedroom. Shortly after, he went to check on Lisa and noticed that she was not in her crib.
He then ran to Brando's home to see if she was there. He called the cops on his work cellphone because the family's personal cell phones were gone.
