'Bachelor' Sean Lowe, Emily Maynard Affair?
"Bachelor" Sean Lowe has been accused of developing an inappropriate relationship with former "Bachelorette" Emily Maynard, despite already being engaged to one of the season 17 contestants.
A new report claims the 29-year-old Christian model bumped into Maynard, 27, at a VIP event recently held at the Bachelor mansion. The single mom previously left Lowe heart broken after sending him home during season nine of "The Bachelorette."
"Sean looked so nervous to see her," a source allegedly told Star magazine. "You could see the old sparks were still there."
Lowe reportedly told Maynard about his engagement, which reportedly prompted her to attempt to initiate communication with him.
"She texted him immediately after leaving [the event] and said she regretted not having chosen him," the source said. "He's supposed to be engaged but he's acting like a single man. It's definitely cheating!"
Maynard previously acknowledged that Lowe is the ideal mate and expressed her regret in not choosing him to WetPaint.com.
"I think Sean is the most perfect Bachelor!" Maynard gushed. "He is obviously such a babe, so hot, but he also has such a kind heart and great family, like, the best."
Lowe is said to have proposed to finalist Catherine Giudici with a Neil Lane 4.3-carat platinum engagement ring valued at $76,000. He reportedly popped the question in Thailand, where the couple stayed in a $1,100-a-night room at the Anantara Golden Triangle Resort & Spa in Chiang Rai.
Viewers will be able to watch the wedding on ABC, and Lowe recently opened up about his decision to televise such an intimate event.
"My relationship developed on TV, so it almost would make sense to marry on TV," Lowe told Life & Style magazine.
A relative of Lowe's fiance revealed that the bride-to-be will walk down the aisle this summer and she is naturally anxious about her big day.
"She can't wait until the show ends so she can finally start planning the wedding," a relative of the alleged fiancee said. "She doesn't want to wait."
