Barron Hilton Attack Focuses on Ray LeMoine, Fingers Point to Hilton as Aggressor

New York-based writer Ray LeMoine is at the center of an altercation involving Barron Hilton.

Hilton had originally accused Lindsay Lohan of being behind the assault targeting the 24-year-old, but Lohan has reportedly denied any involvement in the attack.

The 31-year-old LeMoine spoke out via his representative after his name became embroiled in the controversy. He claimed that it was Barron who became physical after being asked to leave a party.

"A rep for Ray LeMoine ... claims his fists only started flying after Barron refused to leave the house and says Paris Hilton's little brother got physical first," according to a report by TMZ.

The alleged fight reportedly took place at a mansion LeMoine was renting after LeMoine asked a noticeably intoxicated Barron to leave.

"Barron was being totally cool, being respectful, funny, walking out," a source told Page Six. "Do you know who I am, who my sisters are?" Barron allegedly told the former New York Times blogger.

Sources then said Hilton struck LeMoine, with the host striking the visitor back.

While the circumstances surrounding the incident slowly come to light it, was revealed that Hilton is now planning to sue both Lohan and LeMoine for their alleged actions during the altercation.

Sources close to the family told the website that Paris had arranged a meeting with a lawyer on Saturday, at which she set things in motion for Barron to sue both Lindsay and Ray.

Hilton posted a shocking photograph of his cut and swollen face on Saturday. Hilton was hospitalized for treatment of his injuries and later posted a photo of the injuries online. They show various cuts to the face and nose. The report taken by police stated that he was hit with an unknown object following a "verbal altercation."

Paris Hilton, wanting to defend her brother, took to Instagram and left a warning for anyone wanting to mess with her family.

"They both will pay for what they did. No one [expletive] with my family and gets away with it!" Paris posted, though she later deleted it.

Sister Nicky also spoke out about the assault, tweeting that "bad things happen when you hang out with bad people."
