'Basketball Wives LA' season 4: Mehgan James laughs about fight with Jackie Christie
Mehgan James is laughing about her latest fight with "Basketball Wives LA" co-star Jackie Christie, which was aired on Sunday night.
The Basketball Wives LA star was all giggles and laughter on Sunday as she live tweeted, while the latest episode was being aired. Mehgan James also joked that she hurled a bloody napkin at Christie because she just "had to grab something," according to Enstarz.
The ordeal happened just a few moments after James almost got into a big fight with Brandi Maxiell. In her tweet, James said she should have waited for Christie at the door, but settled for throwing a bloody napkin at her.
Viewers who have previously witnessed James going out of control in Oxygen's "Bad Girls Club" hailed her for being able to rein in her temper. They commended her for having "definitely changed" from a woman who would not hesitate to jump into a brawl to a more self-controlled person, the report details.
"Mehgan has definitely changed because I remember #BGC days she would've got some [stuff] popping! Proud of you," Enstarz quotes a fan's tweet.
Meanwhile, Christie confessed that she spat on James twice. When the latter confronted her about not defending her during a fight in Santa Barbara, Christie became so upset that she spat on James, VH1 reports.
For James, what Christie did was "disgusting" and "disrespectful," and the action led to another fight.
Christie, however, explained that she was done trying to fix the misconceptions about her. She added that she had previously warned James that something was going to happen if she did not keep quiet, but she later on apologized for what she did, Ecumenical News details.
Still, the incident created a rift between James and Christie. It remains to be seen if there will be more fights that will erupt in the next episodes.
Basketball Wives LA season 4 airs every Sunday at 9/8c on VH1.
