'Batman: Arkham Knight' Limited Edition Spoilers: Details of Leaks for Game

Amazon recently released a limited edition Batman statue off the upcoming action adventure game "Batman: Arkham Knight," but the inscription on it may have inadvertently ended up spoiling details about the game.

Amazon's "Batman: Arkham Knight" limited edition package comes with a custom art book, a comic book, a Steelbook case and a 12-inch statue showing the caped crusader standing over Gotham city. A closer look at the plaque that adorned the said statue however, showed something which may or may appear in its video game counterpart.

The plaque read, "From a grateful city, in memory of the Gotham Knight."

Not only that but Amazon's description of the game stated, "an imposing Batman memorial statue commemorating Gotham's protector, the Dark Knight."

Amazon eventually replaced the spoiler image of the statue, with a new one that simply read "The Gotham Knight." The inscription is similar to the one present in the previously released photos of the statue.

The words are pretty ominous and many are wondering at the fate of the Arkham Knight in the third and last of the "Batman" games developed by Rocksteady Studios.

It could mean that Batman will end up being killed off or Bruce Wayne will decide to hang up the cape and end his career as a crime fighter after one too many battles. It could also mean that Bruce will find someone else to take up the mantle, or he could also fake his death, or maybe he'll actually end up just fine.

Warner Bros., which is in charge of distribution, and Rocksteady are keeping vague though, calling the game an "epic conclusion."

"We kind of feel like this is the natural end for this story," Rocksteady stated.

For now though, gamers and fans can wait for "Batman: Arkham Knight" to be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One come June 2.
