'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' Spoilers: Lex Luthor Part of the Reason For the Rift Between the Two Superheroes
Lex Luthor is not your ordinary man as a recent synopsis from Odeon Cinemas suggests that he may have been the root of all evil that surrounds the battle that will happen in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice."
In just a few months, fans will get to witness the biggest and most dangerous battle in the superhero history that could possibly eradicate man and his planet. Previous trailers revealed that the battle began when one of Bruce Wayne's towers fell during the battle between Superman and General Zod.
Wayne, a.k.a Batman, will try to save the people inside his tower but there's not much he can do, as unlike Superman, he is just a typical human who has retired from being a hero and he can only watch as his tower and all the people inside it burn into ashes.
While Superman isn't pleased with the results of the Metropolis battle between him and Zod that took the lives of many, he thinks that Batman is taking everything too personally.
According to a report by Screen Rant earlier this month, Odeon Cinemas' synopsis suggests that Lex Luthor may have had something to do with how the battle all began. The synopsis reads, "Lex Luthor, who hates Superman more than anyone, is manipulating both of them for his own twisted ends."
It is unclear as to what is the extent of "manipulation" that Lex will explore, but earlier reports said Batman's suit will be powered with kryptonite — that one and only bit of rock that happens to be Superman's weakness.
Another interesting rumor is that the movie may come with an unexpected twist, putting Lex in the middle of the Metropolis battle and making the Wayne Tower fall, making Batman think that it was all Superman's fault.
All of the rumors remain as they are until the movie starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Jesse Eisenberg, Gal Gadot, and many more hits big screens on March 25, 2016.
