Bethenny Frankle Divorce 'Imminent' Because She 'Doesn't Respect Marriage' (VIDEO)

Bethenny Frankle and husband Jason Hoppy are headed for a divorce, her mother and several sources say. Frankle's only comment, though, has been to encourage people to watch her series on Bravo.

When a Twitter fan asked the star, "Are you getting a divorce?" Frankle responded, "We're going to talk about everything on my show! June 11 on Fox Broadcasting." Rumors have been circulating for months that the star and Hoppy are both unhappy with their marriage and Frankle has been cheating.

"Jason has said that when he is ready to officially file for divorce, he is ready to call Bethenny out on her infidelity," a source told Star Magazine. "They are going to get a divorce … it's imminent," the source added.

Even Frankle's mother, Bernadette Birk, has said that the marriage "was dead in the water even before it began. Jason's problem is he's too nice, and she'll grab another nice one. He is replaceable. Nice is boring, and Bethenny gets bored with nice. [She] doesn't have any respect for marriage."

At least if the couple does split, Frankle's finances will be protected.

"Bethenny wasn't going to get married without a prenuptial agreement, to protect both herself and Jason," a source told RadarOnline.com. "Bethenny has watched plenty of her friends over the years get divorced and has always vowed never to end up dependent on a man for financial stability or security."

"For personal and business purposes, if Bethenny decides to file for divorce, she would be very smart to file in California so that any alleged cheating allegations would be minimized and not focused on as it could be in New York," the source added.

Frankle and Hoppy's relationship has played out in front of the nation, first on "Bethenny Getting Married?" and then on "Bethenny Ever After," both of which are on Bravo.
