Kardashian, 32, is said to be in good health after the birth and while her daughter reportedly weighed in at just under five pounds, she is said to be doing well.

Beyonce's congratulatory message comes one week after it was reported that the singer declined Kardashian's baby shower invitation because she is still on her Mrs. Carter World Tour. The "Single Ladies" singer reportedly sent the reality TV star an $11,800 gift in lieu of her absence as she and her husband Jay-Z have a close bond with West.

"Beyoncé and Jay-Z [gave Kim] a [$11,800] Swarovski crystal-studded high chair, designed by Carla Monchen," a source told The Sunday Mirror. "They had a similar one for their daughter Blue Ivy."

West, who has been dating Kardashian for one year, reportedly introduced the reality TV star to the Hollywood couple as his girlfriend in 2012. Critics previously claimed that Beyonce had banned Kardashian from her circle of friends after their initial meeting.

"[Beyonce] wasted no time in banning Kim from being invited into their inner circle, which is exclusive to say the least. Beyoncé is used to hanging out with Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow- she's in a totally different league," a source previously told Heat Magazine.

Both women attended the 2012 BET music awards with their respective partners, but did not mingle at the star-studded even despite being seated near each other. This ultimately fueled reports of alleged tension.

"Beyoncé doesn't want the kind of celebrity that Kim Kardashian has nailed down as her own thing. Beyoncé doesn't want to bring that reality show infamy and drama into a personal life that Beyoncé has tried to keep close to her," a source previously told Hollywood Life.

"The Beyoncé the world knows and the Beyoncé [and] Jay-Z that her close friends know are completely different and she wants to keep it that way," the source added.
