Beyonce, Solange Smile for Pictures at NYC Event Weeks After Jay Z Assault Drama (PHOTOS)
Beyonce and Solange Knowles stepped out together for a red carpet event in New York on Tuesday weeks after their infamous elevator assault scandal.
The famous sisters smiled for photos while posing together and showed no signs of strain at the Chime For Change one year anniversary event in Manhattan yesterday. Last month Solange made headlines after she was captured on video violently attacking her hip-hop mogul brother-in-law Jay Z as Beyonce watched on, however, they have all since moved on from the scandal.

"The most important thing is that our family has worked through it. Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred," a statement obtained by CNN read.
"At the end of the day, families have problems and we're no different," it continued. "We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same."
Beyonce, 32, sported a flattering white jumpsuit and black open-toe block heels at the event hosted by Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini and T Magazine Editor-In-Chief Deborah Needleman. Solange opted to wear fitted white pants paired with an orange slit sleeve blouse.
Jay Z, 44, was not present at the event which was designed to promote female empowerment around the globe. Chime For Change seeks to empower females around the globe by providing them access to healthcare, education and legal support.
Beyonce and Jay Z are currently gearing up for them forthcoming "On The Run" tour, which kicks off in Miami later this month.
The couple are scheduled to perform 18 shows across the U.S. between June 25 and Aug. 6, however, more shows are likely to be added to the list at a later date. The tour was named after Beyonce and Jay Z's "Part II (On the Run)" song.
The "On The Run" tour in partnership up with Beyonce's #BeyGOOD campaign will donate $1 from every ticket sold to the Shawn Carter Foundation, an organization designed to help further the education of those facing socio-economic hardships.
