'Big Brother' 15 Spoilers: First Woman Elimination, Head of Household Shocker

For the first time this season, a woman was evicted from the "Big Brother" House. And after a dramatic eviction, a new Head of Household was crowned. Read on for all the information you need to know.

Julie Chen revealed that America voted for Aaryn to be put up on the block, but Judd ultimately decided to put her up instead. Elissa was America's second choice, but she was able to save herself using the Power of Veto, so GinaMarie, the third choice, was finally put on the block.

Judd revealed a huge twist: the alliance he made with Kaitlin, GinaMarie, Howard and Spencer was completely fake. Houseguests then planned to evict Kaitlin, given that she was seen as a stronger competitor… plus, Aaryn promised Elissa that she would throw the next Head of Household competition if she was saved.

However, Elissa caused a great deal of drama when she went to Kaitlin and said that Aaryn was spreading rumors of the fake alliance. A house meeting was then called with a majority of the houseguests then backtracking and saying that there was no alliance. Aaryn then blew up at Elissa and said she didn't deserve the treatment she was receiving. Her behavior led some to believe that Aaryn was more volatile and should be evicted.

The houseguests then unanimously voted to evict Kaitlin, making her the first woman sent home this season. The news came as a surprise to her, but she quickly left the house and the rest of the contestants began a new battle for Head of Household.

The houseguests played "Roulette Me Win" and Aaryn achieved a perfect score, making her the new Head of Household. But did she do it on purpose and completely forget her promise to throw the challenge? It's likely to be an exciting week on "Big Brother" now that Aaryn is in charge. What promises will she make and will she form a new alliance?
