Devin Shepherd, 26, is a former professional baseball player from San Antonio, Texas. Donny Thompson, 42, is one of the older competitors and calls Albemarle, North Carolina home. He works as a school groundskeeper. Hayden Voss, 21, resides in Long Beach, California and works as a pedicab driver. Meanwhile, 27-year-old Joey Van Pelt works in Seattle, Washington as a makeup artist and hairstylist.
Jocasta Odom, 33, is a Georgia girl who works as a minister. In her biography, she noted that if she was to win the season, she would use the money to "help my ministry bring in more women and teens in the world." However, she has a fiery side and once argued with a congregant about not wearing hosiery in the pulpit. The bio also notes that Odom would "swear on the Bible to win the game," leading many to wonder just what minister she will be inside the house.
Nicole Franzel, 21, is a Michigan girl who recently graduated from nursing school; Victoria Rafaeli is 22 and considers Brooklyn, New York and Holon, Israel her hometowns. She works as a photographer, while her fellow competitor, Zach Rance, 23, is a recent college graduate from Palm Beach, Florida. Paola Shea is from Astoria, New York and works as a DJ.
One competitor who is already keeping a major secret is Frankie Grande, a YouTube personality and the brother of Ariana Grande.
"I don't want people knowing I have an online following because it will put an unnecessary target on my back," Grande told People. "I'm going to drop Grande and just use my father's name, Marchione. If I get recognized, I'm going to have to win Head of Household and do damage control. If I don't, I plan on flying under the radar the first few weeks."
"Big Brother 16" kicks off on Wednesday, June 25 on CBS.
