'Big Brother' season 17 finale spoilers: Johnny Mac evicted; who will win?
In the season finale of "Big Brother," one of the houseguests will win it all as the members of the jury vote for the winner. In the finale, fans will get to see the final Head of Household (HOH) competition between Vanessa and Steve. The winner will get a guaranteed spot in the final 2 and may potentially win the prize money.
Based on the live feeds, the second part of the HOH, which was between Liz and Steve, was a challenge that had a memory component to it. Steve won against Liz and he earned the right to battle against Vanessa in the last part.
Also based on the live feeds, it seems that if Steve wins the coveted HoH title in the finale that he is actually going to take Liz with him instead of Vanessa because he obviously knew that he can't defeat her. However, he can most likely win against Liz.
In the episode that aired on Wednesday night, it began where the show ended the night before right after the surprising elimination. Vanessa apologized to Liz for evicting her boyfriend Austin. Vanessa was freaking out and crying yet again. Liz hugged Steve and John.
The HOH competition was underway. It was a true or false type of game where Steve and John ended up in a tiebreaker round. Steve won by accident and he became the new HOH.
Steve than nominated Vanessa and John for eviction, and the viewers got to see the jury house again as Julia and Austin entered. The Power of Veto (POV) competition involved memory and karate moves. Vanessa won the POV and pulled herself off the block. Liz was nominated in her place. Vanessa than voted to evict John, and as he talked to Julie, he said he was not surprised by Vanessa's move. He also said that he thinks Vanessa and Steve will be the final 2.
The episode on Sunday was merely a recap of the season, along with some never before seen footage.
The finale will air this Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015.
