Bill Cosby is being sued by a woman who claims she was molested by the TV star when she was 15 years old.

Judy Huth, now 55, was just 15 when she encountered Cosby on an outdoor film set in 1974 and agreed to meet up with him the following week. Huth was with a friend and now claims that Cosby served them alcoholic beverages before taking them to the Playboy Mansion.

"Under the terms of Cosby's game, plaintiff [Huth] was required to consume a beer every time Cosby won a game," the lawsuit states. Both girls had "multiple alcoholic beverages" and Cosby then "led them to another house which turned out to be the Playboy Mansion."

While at the mansion, Huth said she needed to use the restroom and Cosby allegedly took her to one inside a bedroom suite. When Huth emerged, she found him "sitting on the bed" and he "asked her to sit beside him" before allegedly proceeding to "sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent," the suit explained.

Allegations of sexual assault and rape have been building in recent weeks, though they date back nearly 30 years. Survivors have come forward to voice their complaints, stating that Cosby is not the "all-American dad" he is known as. Several of Cosby's projects have been cancelled in the wake of the resurgence of allegations, and Cosby has stepped down from positions at two universities.

Huth is the latest person to come forward and so far the only one to file a lawsuit against the comedian in recent weeks. In 2005, Cosby settled a lawsuit brought by Andrea Constand, who claimed that she was drugged and molested. Huth told her attorney that she only recently became aware of the extent of the trauma; in California, minors can file a sexual assault lawsuit at any point in time because there is no statute of limitations.

"This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish for Huth that has caused significant problems throughout her life," the lawsuit states.

Cosby has not spoken about the lawsuit be denounced all earlier claims.
