Billy Graham Archives Available Online
Now you can hear Billy Graham’s messages with just a few clicks. The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association announced the launch of the Billy Graham Audio Archives Wednesday.
More than 1,600 messages, from more than 60 years of Graham’s ministry are now available online. Users can go to www.billygraham.org to access an entire database of hundreds of audio files from hundreds of Billy Graham messages, public addresses and even his remarks at President Lyndon B. Johnson’s funeral. The messages can be searched by date, location, title or topic.
“Mr. Graham was the first world evangelist; he traveled to all corners of the world. Now we can put it (his messages) on the Internet and make the Gospel available even where we can’t reach,” Ken Barun, senior vice president of communications at BGEA, told The Christian Post.

The files are available as streaming audio, which can be played with a media player on the BGEA website. The files are compatible with desktop computers and mobile devices, and can be shared.
The project, which was released just days before Graham’s 93rd birthday, on Nov. 7, is the result of years of intensive work, Barun said.
“This was a matter of years of work to get finished. I can’t tell you how many hours were put into this. It’s impossible.”
Barun said even Graham’s messages from his early ministry are significant today.
“The most impressive thing is that Mr. Graham’s messages still have cultural relevance, especially now, with the economy, joblessness and home [foreclosure] rates.”
He added, “What was amazing about Mr. Graham is he never repeated himself.” When listening, “people get reminded of something they heard, or they hear it for the first time.”
“Because of Mr. Graham, my father converted from Judaism to Christianity. That’s just a personal story, but there are so many stories like that.”
BGEA continues to work on several missions across the globe, to reach as many people as possible with the message of Christ.
“I think we’re going to see more and more the use of technology to reach people with the Gospel,” Barun commented.
Graham’s ministry changes with the times, but his messages endure, he highlighted.
“These messages are timely, relevant and they preach the Gospel to those who are lost.”
