Bloody Pillow Found in Crib: Nanny Arrested After 1 Year Old Dies From Head Trauma (VIDEO)
A bloody pillow has been found in the crib of a baby who died after allegedly being assaulted by her nanny, investigators have reported.
In addition to the bloody pillow, investigators have also said that a bloody blanket and wipes were also found in the crib.
The case currently revolves around Irish nanny, Aisling McCarthy Brady, who is 34 years old and from Quincy, Massachusetts. She was allegedly the sole carer for a one year old baby girl on Jan. 14 - the day she suffered severe injuries including "abusive head trauma." That date was also incidentally the young baby's first birthday.

Two days following the severe injuries, one year old, Rehma Sabir, died in hospital having suffered brain damage from her injuries. It was also revealed by medical staff that she also had a number of bone fractures that were already healing, suggesting the abuse was more long term than the one isolated incident that caused her death.
The nanny, who has since been found to be living in the United States illegally, has been taken into custody, although she has pleaded not guilty to assault and battery of a child causing substantial bodily injury.
The District Attorney's office has also suggested further charges are likely to be brought as more evidence is confirmed from the Chief Medical Examiner's report.
According to Sky News, Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone has said: "This is an extremely troubling case where we allege the defendant violently assaulted a one-year-old child, causing a devastating head injury and broken bones.
"Children are our most vulnerable victims and where, as here, the offender has been entrusted with the care of a child who depends on them, the allegations are all the more egregious."
A statement on the District Attorney's website said: "It is alleged that on January 14, the child was in the care of the defendant, her nanny. Through their investigation, including interviews with witnesses, police determined that the defendant had sole custody of and contact with the child during the time that she sustained injuries consistent with abusive head trauma."
The baby's father reportedly comes from London and her mother from Karachi, Pakistan, according to Sky News.
