Bobbi Kristina Latest News: Bobby Brown Puts Australia Tour on Hold
American R&B singer, Bobby Brown has pushed back his Australian tour to remain by his daughter, Bobbi Kristina's bedside.
Bobby Brown's youngest daughter, Bobbi Kristina, 21 has been in a coma since she was discovered facedown in her bathtub Jan. 31, and her father has delayed his Australian tour to remain at her bedside.
The Grammy Award-winning artist is scheduled to perform in three concerts at Australian venues next month, but decided to postpone his performances until May.
"Bobby Brown's upcoming Australian Tour featuring special guests Treach and Kay-Gee from Naughty by Nature, has been postponed to May to allow Bobby Brown to spend further time with his family," a notice on the website of online ticket retailer Ticketek announced.
Bobbi Kristina, Brown's only child with his late wife, Grammy-winning singer Whitney Houston, has been placed in a medically-induced coma and is currently fighting for her life at the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
Bobbi Kristina's immediate family has been by her bedside since the bathtub incident where paramedics found her "unconscious," and a vigil was held outside the hospital for her recovery.
She is currently on life support and was seen by an aunt to have opened her eyes earlier this month, giving her family hope of recovery.
Police are istill investigating exactly what occurred that led to Bobbi Kristina's condition.
Tickets to Brown's concert, which also features American rapper, Treach and Naughty by Nature member, Kay-Gee, which go on sale Feb. 27, will be considered valid for the new May tour dates.
