'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' New Visual Art Showcases Main Characters

The manga-turned-anime "Naruto" has caught the interest of fans worldwide that despite it running for a long time already, the fan base has never dwindled. After the events of Kaguya's demise, the appeal of the show remains unfaltering, so much that the next generation of ninjas still rake in fans with "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations."

With one month more to go before the series resumes once more with a new set of characters, an updated visual art has been revealed on its official website. The said photo features Boruto — the main protagonist — along with other individuals who resemble some of the much-loved characters in "Naruto: Shippuden."

The story of the new series to the Naruto saga follows the adventures of the new batch of ninjas, with Uzumaki Boruto taking after his father's, Uzumaki Naruto, trouble-inciting behavior. Despite the focus being placed on personalities other than the original cast, manga creator Masashi Kishimoto has promised that it will be a better series than its predecessors, Anime News Network has learned.
