'Boruto: Naruto the Movie' Spin-Off Spoilers: New Manga by Kishimoto

After the success of the "Naruto" spin-off movie titled "Boruto: Naruto the Movie," a new "Naruto" manga will be created in order to make way for the movie's sequel.

It was revealed that creator of the "Naruto" manga Masashi Kishimoto recently decided to take part in a new manga for the "Naruto" franchise, which will present a new generation. The upcoming manga will have Naruto's son Boruto Uzumaki as the main character.

The upcoming manga, which is called "Boruto," will be drawn by Mikio Ikemoto, Masashi Mishimoto's assistant. It will be released once a month in the Shonen Jump magazine.

With this, fans are hoping that the manga will garner the same quality and success as the original "Naruto" manga. In order for this to happen, it is believed that the series could be taking on elements from the first season of the original manga. This will feature more strategic combats, as well as interesting environments.

There is also an expectation for the series to delve deeper into the characters. Fans are hoping that they will get to see more development on the new manga's characters, in order to create a connection with the audiences. Along with that, the manga is also expected to present intriguing antagonists that can challenge the several characters of the story.

Besides the new manga, Kishimoto recently hinted at the idea of an upcoming movie for the franchise. During an interview with the Anime News Network, Kishimoto acknowledged the fact that Boruto had opened opportunities for another spin-off movie.

He stated, "There are infinite possibilities right now. If I decide that I want to do more Naruto stories, perhaps I will, perhaps I won't. That said, there is nothing firmly in the works at this time. Just that there is always the possibility. I suppose one possibility would be to write the story from Sasuke's perspective, or even the mentors, the teachers, especially like Jiraiya, because there's a general difference there too."
