Brad Pitt Movie 'Fury' Has Actor Cut Hair; Star Considers 'World War Z' Sequel
Brad Pitt's movie had the actor do something he hasn't done in quite a long time: shave his trademark long dirty blond locks. The 49-year-old Hollywood star changed up his hairdo for the first time in years, and was spotted on the set of his latest film "Fury" with a buzz cut.
The Brad Pitt movie, called "Fury," takes place during World War II, and his character wears a green jumpsuit and rides around in tanks. To make sure the film is at least somewhat accurate, Pitt had to cut off his long locks in accordance with the hairstyles of men at the time. His new hairstyle was spotted underneath a white baseball cap Tuesday, but it was easy to see at least part of his buzz cut, Us Weekly reported.
Most likely Pitt's fiancé, Angelina Jolie, has not yet seen the new 'do, as she is currently in Australia with the couple's six children. She is there filming "Unbroken" as a director.

"Yeah she's got her hands full," Pitt told Access Hollywood. "I'm actually jealous."
The actor's haircut was done in the past few days, as just last Friday, he still had his trademark long hair at the premiere of "12 Years a Slave" at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Pitt may also be considering another thing he rarely does: a sequel. "World War Z," the zombie film based on the Max Brooks book of the same name, raked in $533 million worldwide for its take on the zombie plague and how the entire world was affected by it. Pitt's only sequel to date is the "Ocean's Eleven" trilogy, but now he is considering making "World War Z" a trilogy as well.
"We're certainly talking about it, yes. We have so many ideas on the table from just the time we spent developing this thing and figuring out how zombie worlds work," he told Variety. "We gotta get the script right first to determine if we go further."
The first film ended after Pitt's character, a U.N. special agent, discovered a crucial aspect of how the zombies could be defeated. However, Brooks' book covers a wide scope of the zombie plague- from the first vestiges to the last few cases of the walking dead; it's the reason another movie could be made.
"We have so many ideas and so much information- we think we have a lot of stuff to mine from," Pitt confirmed.
