Brandi Glanville: 'LeAnn Rimes is Insane,' Country Singer Tweets Response (VIDEO)
Brandi Glanville and LeAnn Rimes are at it on Twitter again, this time over the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star's recent appearance on Bravo TV's "Watch What Happens Live."
Glanville, the former wife of Rimes' current husband Eddie Cibrian, blasted the singer as crazy over her recent interview with "Entertainment Tonight." The troubled singer opened up about her infamous affair with Cibrian and admitted that she fears he will cheat, according to reports.
"Everyday there's a tell-all," Glanville told "WWHL" host Andy Cohen in response to questions about Rimes' interview. "It's kind of cray-cray!"
Cohen then asked Glanville about references in her new book "Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders" which suggest that Cibrian, 41, is using Rimes, 30, for her wealth. The country singer had an extramarital affair with Cibrian while he was still married to Glanville, whom he shares to children with.
"It's true, yeah," Glanville admitted. The single mom was then asked whether she thinks Rimes is insane to which she shot back "Insane? Yes I do!"
As usual Rimes wasted no time responding to Glanville's jabs and took to Twitter to hurl an insult of her own.
"Wow the texts from my friend. KISSES and KMA," Rimes tweeted.
The pair has been embroiled in an ongoing feud since news of Rimes and Cibrian's affair scandal broke. At one point Rimes checked into rehab due to "stress" and "anxiety" stemming from Twitter backlash and a source claimed that her alleged obsession with Glanville is the root of all her problems.
"It's out of control, the way LeAnn stalks Brandi. Even LeAnn's friends think it's weird, but she can't seem to help herself," a source told Star magazine.
"If Brandi tweets a picture of herself in a bikini, LeAnn does the same thing. If Brandi talks about becoming a dermatologist, LeAnn suddenly starts talking about it on Twitter … it's really strange!" the source went on.
Glanville also went on to reveal that Rimes even watches her on Bravo TV's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." The reality TV star's 5-year-old son Jake, who is Rimes' stepson, allegedly recognized Cohen, who produces the show, on television and told Glanville, "that's [LeAnn's] favorite show!"
Jennifer Gimenez, a close friend of Glanville's, claims that Rimes simply suffers from poor self-esteem, which she believes is the reason for her bizarre behavior.
"She copies everything that Brandi does," Gimenez said. "She even exchanged her black Range Rover for a white one because that's what Brandi drives! If Brandi gets a new bag or shoes, within a week you will see LeAnn with the exact same thing."
