Brandi Glanville Sued by Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn Rimes Over Tell-All Book?

Brandi Glanville has reportedly been threatened with a lawsuit by her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian over the release of her new book, it has been claimed.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star revealed that Cibrian, who left the single mother for troubled singer LeAnn Rimes in 2009, has had objections about the book from day one. Glanville, 40, opens up about the explosive affair scandal that took place between Cibrian, 42, and Rimes, 30, in her candid tell-all entitled "Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders," according to US magazine.

"Eddie pretty much plans on suing when the book comes out," Glanville told Us about the book, which is due for release on Feb. 13.

Glanville, who shares two young sons with Cibrian, was understandably left heartbroken when the father of two admitted to cheating with Rimes in 2009 while they were still married to other people. After news of the affair broke, Cibrian and Rimes both filed for divorce and proceeded to marry one another.

"To this day, I haven't heard an apology," Glanville said. "When LeAnn set her sights on Eddie, she was relentless about getting him, and the damage her decision would cause never seemed to register. She won. I'll give her that. But she also won a marriage full of doubt, insecurities, and a perpetual voice in her had saying, is he telling the truth? For that, I pity her."

Rimes recenty addressed the content in Glanville's book, much of which paints the singer as an unapologetic adulterer. She appeared to suggest that some of it may be inaccurate.

"I love fictional stories.... If you're gonna tell the truth, tell it. Please do not make it 'way cooler and more embellished than it is.' It's then just called fictional AND A BALD FACE LIE," Rimes tweeted Feb. 1.

Glanville immediately denied that any of the content is fabricated and even offered to take a lie detector test in a bid to prove her honesty.

"I didnt lie once in my book- we can all lie detector," Glanville tweeted Feb. 2.

Rimes, whose career has suffered tremendously as a result of her inappropriate relationship with Cibrian, is said to be in a "very fragile" state as she prepares for the release of Glanville's book.

"LeAnn needed to know what to expect from it all, and knew it would be bad. Perhaps just not that bad," a source reportedly told Fox in reference to newly released excerpts published by Life & Style magazine.

"She genuinely loves [Glanville's and Cibrian's two children] and has a great bond with them, which she obviously hopes never changes, in spite of everything," the source continued.
