Brian Williams Angry With NBC for Continuously Moving 'Rock Center' (VIDEO)
Brian Williams is angry with NBC, according to new reports out this week. The NBC "Nightly News" and "Rock Center with Brian Williams" anchor, is reportedly upset at NBC executives over changes to the time of the "Rock Center" news show.
According to The Hollywood Reporter Williams has been far from impressed by the proposed changes and he has let his anger be known.
"Rock Center" was recently moved from Thursday nights to Friday nights at 10 p.m. ET to make room for the drama "Do Not Harm" which ultimately fared far worse in the ratings than "Rock Center" and was recently reported to have been canceled after just two episodes.

The Hollywood Reporter also suggests its sources have said Williams is upset that previous talks to expand the program to multiple weekly airings have been abandoned.
However, "Rock Center" executive producer Alexandra Wallace dismissed the report that Williams was angry, issuing a statement to TVGuide: "Brian's take on our new time slot was truly funny and the furthest thing from angry. He made light of our travels through the schedule, and we are all thrilled by Rock Center's strong ratings after our Friday night debut. We look forward to settling down in our new home."
This is the third time "Rock Center" has been moved since it premiered in November 2011.
Originally scheduled on Monday nights, it was moved to Wednesdays and then Thursdays, before the latest rescheduling change.
To show some distain, Williams ended the Feb. 8 "Rock Center" show with a segment characterizing Friday as its "latest resting place."
The Huffington post took it even further stating that Williams portrayed the show as "a nomadic settler in the West, not wanted on Wednesdays and displaced by American Idol and Modern Family."
