The former Olympic athlete, 64, sported an ombre style hairdo and casual clothes while showing off the results of his surgery during a stroll. In recent weeks, Jenner underwent a "laryngeal shave" procedure which sparked bizarre reports claiming he is in transition to become a woman.
"That is not happening," Jenner's estranged wife Kris said last month on the "Today" show about the rumors.
The E! star was photographed sporting manicured nails while leaving a Beverly Hills medical facility shortly after his surgery which fueled the rumors. Kris, who separated from Jenner after 22 years of marriage in October, insisted he is not in transition to become a woman.
"Ninety-nine percent of the stuff in the tabloids is made up," Kris told "Entertainment Tonight."
"I think when he gets his nails buffed they put clear [nail polish]," she explained. "The bottom line is we sell magazines."
Jenner, who shares two daughters Kendall and Kylie with Kris, previously denied that he is undergoing any transition but admitted that he does not like his trachea.
"I just never liked my trachea," he told TMZ.com.
On Tuesday reports claimed Jenner's teenage daughters were confused by their father's altered appearance. The reality TV star appears to have grown his hair and nails in recent months.
"Kylie and Kendall just don't know what to think," a source told RadarOnline.com.
"It's extremely confusing for them to grasp. There is just no denying Bruce's recent physical changes, and he does look more feminine," the source added.
Kris, who is no stranger to false reports about her family, laughed off the sex change reports and revealed that they have been circulating for decades.
"That is a story that they keep regurgitating from the '70s... it's so old!" she said.
