Bruce Willis' Beverly Hills mansion and the surrounding expanse of land it sits on have been listed for $22 million. Willis' second wife, Emma Hemming, gave birth to their first child together last April, and the "Die Hard" star is seemingly seeking a change.
Bruce Willis' estate was listed recently for $22 million, and the longtime actor is looking to make a substantial profit- he purchased the 1928 Spanish-style home in June 2004 for between $6.3 and $9 million, according to reports. The official documents show it was purchased by his investment trust from Alan Ladd, Jr. a film industry executive, according to Redfin.com.
Willis' mansion includes all the swanky rooms one would expect of a movie star: a media room, music room, chef's kitchen, a library, five family bedrooms and two staff bedrooms, a private tennis court, a pool, a courtyard, steam showers, and a cabana. In total, the house stretches to a whopping 10,379 square feet, and that doesn't include the guest house, which has another four bedrooms.

Although the estate was built centuries ago, Willis made sure it was updated with the latest amenities, like stainless steel appliances, modern white sofas, elegant leather chairs, and classic bed frames.
The Hollywood star wasn't the first to own such a grand, expansive home. Previous owners include Michael Jackson, Desi Arnaz, Lucille Ball and NASCAR owner Ollen Bruton Smith.
Willis seems to be looking to shake up his real estate properties, especially since parts of the housing market have recovered, allowing celebrities to get rid of properties they rarely use. In February, the "Red" star listed his Manhattan apartment for $11.65 million, although no one has bought it from him yet.
Although the 58-year-old may be unloading some real estate, he may not need to find another home- he still owns a 2,900-square-foot ranch on Mulholland Drive and another place in New York.
