Burn Calories, Curb Cravings
Aerobic exercise can aid in weight loss in two ways: it not only burns calories, it can also curb your cravings.

It appears that aerobic exercise increases levels of neurotrophic factor, a protein in the brain that may suppress hunger. So grab the tennis shoes, and leave the chips behind!
