California Cafe Owners Spot the 'Face of Jesus' in a Good Friday Pancake
The next time a diner at the Cowgirl Café calls the pancakes "divine," they may have some miraculous evidence to back up their claim. On Good Friday, the Norco, Calif. restaurant was cooking a Mickey Mouse-shaped pancake when the staff saw what looked like the face of Jesus, positioned as if he's looking down, in one of the flapjacks.
According to co-owner Gary Hendrickson, his wife Karen had prayed about something the night before. The couple is keeping the holy hotcake in their freezer for now as well as displaying a picture of the pancake in the restaurant.
