Call of Duty 2014 Images Released, Screenshot Stuns Gamers With Amazing Detail for Xbox One and PS4
Sledgehammer Games released a sneak peek image of the next installment of their Call of Duty title, and the graphics look simply breath taking.

Sledgehammer has taken over the reigns of the popular video game franchise and is looking to make this version more real than any of the others.

"We can't talk at all about Call of Duty for this year," Sledgehammer's Michael Condrey said with his studio co-founder Glen Schofield at GDC Vault. "[Activision] said you can't show anything from Call of Duty this year, and you certainly can't show in-game rendered characters from this year's game."
The images in the slides along with the one seen above, are created using "realistic facial modeling."
In other news, Call of Duty: Ghosts' newest DLC, Devastation, will launch on May 8 for the PS4, PS3, and Windows PC. The multiplayer expansion pack will include four new maps, Behemoth, Collision, Ruins, and Unearthed. These terrains will range from South American jungles to a New York City bridge. A new game mode called Mayday will introduce a four player co-op story mode, reported Polygon.
The Devastation DLC will feature a cameo by an iconic movie monster, Predator. Releasing a short snippet on Instagram, the scene seems set for the Predator to strike. In the clip, the soldiers are clearly in a Central American rainforest setting featuring a crashed helicopter and an invisible enemy. The creature is heard making clicking and gurgling noises as well.

Devastation is part of the $49.99 season pass, or it can be purchased by $14.99. It has been out on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One since April 3.
