Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare DLC Ascendance Release Date: Gameplay Guides Available, PS4 and PC Updates for DLC Arriving Soon

Only a week has passed since the second downloadable content pack of the first-person shooter video game "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Ascendance" was released for Xbox One and Xbox 360. Recent reports from PlayStation Lifestyle also indicate that updates are now available for the PlayStation 4 and PC that will enable the "Ascendance DLC."

Some gaming websites have already aggregated detailed gameplay guides for players who wish to get the most number of achievements in the game. One gameplay guide on Gaming Bolt gives a preview about the game's glitches, which it listed as the following: High Rounds Pile Up glitch, Goliath glitch, Out of Map glitch and the Teleport glitch.

It also lists down the ten types of achievements and traps in the DLC, including what is called "Meat is Murder." Like any gameplay guide, the Gaming Bolt website provides step by step guides for players who would like to have it easy. Those who enjoy a challenge are advised to skip the guides.

As expected, the "Ascendance" DLC brought with it a new breed of zombies called Exo zombies, featured in a new map called "Infection." This is one of the four new multiplayer maps that are introduced.

A new and powerful weapon called an OHM directed energy 2-in-1 LMG/shotgun, which has a custom variant called the OHM Werewolf. The IBTimes report specifies how players can gain access to this new weapon. It also provides a video guide on how to get the Easter egg in the Burger Town episode of the DLC, which will provide the player with explosive burgers.

In the meantime, no specific date has been set for the release of the DLC for the PS4 and the PC. Recent news about latest game updates for the Xbox platforms however reportedly indicate that these are needed to enable the new DLC.

According to PlayStation Lifestyle, it is expecting a patch later this month for PS4 and PC for "Ascendance" support. Unfortunately, there is no news about updates and whether the DLC is arriving for the PS3.
