Call of Duty Ghosts Gameplay Trailer Released: Gamers Wowed With Explosions and Graphics (VIDEO)
Activision dropped their Call of Duty: Ghosts launch trailer today showcasing gameplay from the game and lots of explosions.
"Outnumbered and outgunned, but not outmatched. Call of Duty®: Ghosts takes players to a world altered by a devastating mass event. Following an elite squad of soldiers known as the 'Ghosts,' lead the fight back against a newly emerged global power. Call of Duty®: Ghosts arrives 11.5.13," the trailer description said.
Recently a trailer for Call of Duty: Ghosts was released showcasing the game's Clans and Clan Wars battles in addition to signaling the opening for clan registration.
The multiplayer signature FPS experience of Clan fighting will get a bit of revamping as Activision introduces Clan Wars across multiple platforms.
"Check out how Clans is an integral part of the Call of Duty: Ghosts' multiplayer experience. This year introduces new breakthroughs, including the Call of Duty Clan Wars game experience, and cross-platform Clans - where players can now join a Clan with friends regardless of whether they play on Xbox, PlayStation or Windows PC, and level-up their Clan to earn exclusive unlocks and multiplayer XP bonuses," the YouTube video of the trailer said.
Gamers have until Oct. 25 to set up their online clans and reserve a name, reported WebProNews.
Existing CoD clan members from the prior games can transfer all of their stats over, while new members just have to sign up. The service is free.
Gamers can switch clans or start their own once joining a pre-existing one.
"From the get-go, we didn't want clans to feel distant from multiplayer, so we decided to integrate it into the game itself," Infinity Ward's Senior Community Manager, Tina Palacios, told One of Swords. "If you wanted to start a clan from in-game in Ghosts, you can do that. You can manage your clan from in-game, you can look at other clan profiles and your own clan's profile through the game itself."
The game is set to be released for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC Nov. 5, and for the PS4 on Nov. 15 and the Xbox One Nov. 22.
