Websites, including Caseyanthonycostume.com, have begun selling accessories including navy blue prison uniforms, a replica of Anthony’s prison identification card, and fake bottles of Chloroform to complete the Anthony outfit. However, to sell a costume depicting Anthony’s face, companies must acquire a license.

The website hiphalloweenideas.com offers suggestions on how to pull off both a "Prison Anthony" and a "Courtroom Anthony" costume. The website also suggests that those being Anthony for Halloween convince two friends to join in the questionably tasteless fun with one being Zanny the Nanny, and another being a forensic detective, carrying a trash bag and a magnifying glass.

Anthony became a national news sensation during her three-year court trial, where she was accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony in 2008.

Casey Anthony was found “not guilty” in July 2011.

She has been voted “The Most Hated Person in America” according to Ledger magazine.

Anthony is currently serving probation for an unrelated check fraud case. In 2010 she was found guilty of six counts of check fraud after she used her friend’s checkbook to purchase $400 worth of clothing and groceries.

According to the monthly Anthony report released by the Florida Department of Corrections, “[Casey Anthony] answered all questions from her probation officer and continues to be compliant.”

She is also currently in a court case concerning the defamation of Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez, also known as "Zanny the Nanny," a woman whom Anthony claimed abducted Caylee. After 3 years, Anthony's lawyer told the court the nanny never existed.

The 25-year-old continues to remain in hiding at an undisclosed location in Fla. Casey Anthony has yet to address the public in an interview.

Previous popular court case Halloween costumes include OJ Simpson and Charles Manson masks, wigs, and outfits.
