Castle Season 7 Premiere Date, Spoilers: ABC Releases New Poster for New Season, Spoilers on Premiere Revealed
"Castle" has just released a new poster for its seventh season, and it captures the feel of the show, but with a vintage twist. The poster features Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion in their wedding garb, standing with their backs to each other, while the words "Where's Castle?" is written on the bottom half of the poster, which also features the burning car where Rick is thought to be at the end of season six.
According to Cartermatt, the poster was shared on the show's official Facebook page, with the promise that if it gets 300,000 likes, they will release an extended sneak peak of season 7's first episode, titled "Driven."
The season 6 finale saw Rick on his way to church for his wedding with Kate, but then he noticed a car following him. The last scene saw Kate looking utterly distraught as she receives a phone call, and upon getting out of her bridal car, she sees Rick's car in flames.
But was Rick really in the car, or did he manage to escape before the car crashed and burst into flames?
TVLine was able to get an early preview of the season 7 premiere episode, and the website reports that Kate will fight tooth and nail to get a closer look at the crashed car.
She will then take stock of all the enemies that she and Rick has, and Bracken, 3XK, and another villain from the past will be mentioned.
Meanwhile, guest star Jon Lindstrom, who plays an FBI agent, makes Kate consider a harsh reality, and Rick's disappearance will make a lot of headlines.
"Castle" Season 7 will premiere on Sept. 29 on ABC.
