'Castle' Season 7 News: Episode 5 Recap, Caskett Wedding to Be Shown on Nov. 10 Episode

Last Monday's episode of "Castle" introduced Castle and Beckett to the power of the internet and the sinister things that could happen when one cracks under the pressure of cyber bullying.

The episode, titled "Meme is Murder" sees the pair as they solve the murder of Abby Smith, a web celebrity who was found dead in her apartment. After her death, gruesome images of the crime scene appear on a photo sharing site called Snapammatic. A user who is signed on as Net Slayer posted the pictures.

Enlisting the help of the developers of the site, the detectives are led to Bill Garrett, a former cop who worked in the cyber division who now sells vintage furniture for a living. Though Garrett seems to be guilty, later on they find out that they have the wrong person as pictures of Garrett's arrest show up on Snapammatic with the caption, "Wrong suspect NYPD."

Net Slayer proceeds to post clues as to who will be his next victim, which point out to a group called Spoiled Brats of Snapammatic. Later, the killer posts a picture of one of the rich kids from the group, Cam Magani, who is dead after Net Slayer slits his throat.

Castle and Beckett come to the conclusion that whoever is responsible could be a victim of cyberbullying, and as they put the pieces together they are led to Adam Lane, a victim of very serious cyber bullying over six years ago. It turns out that Garrett worked on his case, but admits that he was not able to help him very much due to weak cyber bullying laws at the time.

Meanwhile, fans of Caskett will be happy to know that the much-awaited wedding will finally push through on the Nov. 10 episode, which will also be the alternate universe episode wherein Castle and Beckett have never met. The ABC promo for the episode also shows a glimpse of their honeymoon, which appears to take place somewhere with a Wild West theme.

Watch "Castle" on Mondays at 10 p.m. on ABC.
