CD Projekt Red Releases First 15 Minutes of 'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt' Gameplay (VIDEO)
CD Projekt Red has just released the first 15 minutes of gameply from its upcoming action role playing game, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt."
Role playing action video game, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is set to launch on May 19, and Polish developer, CD Projekt Red has unveiled 15 minutes of footage into the game to drum up promotion for its release.
The video showcases the open world game with two cinematic pieces, featuring the characters' dialogue and action choices set to change main protagonist, Geralt of Rivia's courses of action and even personality.
The video also gives players a look at some of the enemies they will be facing, including unorganized groups of attacking goblins and gangs of human bandits. A griffin also makes an appearance with a hint that players may fight him later in the game.
Players were given a visual of the wide variety of weapons available, as well as magic they could use, such as the spell to slow down enemies.
The next generation title presents a story driven and action packed game set in a wild fantasy universe rendered in stunning graphics. Players will have an option to make meaningful choices and reap the consequences to making the wrong ones.
Players take on the character of monster hunter, Geralt of Rivia and journey on an epic adventure to confront a dark foe.
CD Projekt Red, which had earlier avoided releasing paid downloadable content for the previous titles of the game and has provided free enhanced editions for the last two games instead, has announced they will be releasing two huge paid expansion packs for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" in the weeks following the third installment's release.
The DLC, with the first to be released in October this year, and the second in 2016, will add 30 more hours of additional gameplay to "Witcher 3."
