Chardon High School Shooting: Why Did Suspected Gunman, TJ Lane, Shoot?
TJ Lane is still in police custody following suspicions that he is the gunman in the Chardon High School shooting which killed two students, and critics continue to speculate what exactly prompted the deadly shooting?
The 17-year-old had reportedly made threats about bringing a gun to school on Sunday night and as the nation mourns following the gruesome incident, critics continue wondering what may have motivated TJ Lane?
"I think he said that he was going to bring a gun to school and I think that everyone just blew it off like he was joking," Evan Erasmus, a Chardon student told CNN.

Lane has been described as a bullied loner by his fellow Chardon students, and allegedly posted disturbing messages on his personal Facebook account in months leaving up to the tragic shooting.
"Now! Feel death, not just mocking you. Not just stalking you but inside of you. Wriggle and writhe.
Feel smaller beneath my might. Seizure in the Pestilence that is my scythe. Die, all of you," the Dec. 20 Facebook post read.
Some suspect that the "gothic" teen may have been suffering from depression after being shunned by students for so long, and some critics question whether the alleged bullying may have prompted him to commit the horrific crime.
Chardon student, Nate Mueller, was in the cafeteria at the time of the shooting and claims that Lane barged in before opening fire and forcing terrified students into a frenzy, according to ABC News.
"It was terror. Everything had just gone tunnel vision, like, I need to get out of here. You see glances of your friends laying all over the place. There's blood, there's people screaming, everybody's just running in different directions and you're just trying to get out. That's all you can do, get out of the school and not look back even though your friends are back there," Mueller told ABC.
Daniel Parmertor, 16, and Russell King, Jr., 17, are the two students who were killed in the tragic shooting and sources say that one of the gunman's targets may have been deliberate following a recent break-up.
King reportedly began dating Lane's ex-girlfriend shortly after Lane and her broke-up, which Mueller, who was seated with King and others, suggests may have motivated Lane to shoot.
"My friends were crawling on the floor, and one of my friends was bent over the table, and he was shot. It was almost like a firecracker went off. I turned around and saw [T.J.] standing with a gun and I saw him take a shot," Mueller told Cleveland.com
"He was silent the whole time, that's what made it so random," Mueller added.
