Cheri Keaggy on 'Praise the Lord' Tonight on TBN
Christian singer/songwriter and Dove award winning artist Cheri Keaggy will be on TBN's "Praise the Lord" tonight 9 p.m. C.T./7 p.m. P.T.
The show, hosted by Jason Crabbe, was previously taped in front of a studio audience, and will feature Keaggy performing her new song on piano, "So I Can Tell," from her album of the same name, as well as the song, "There Will be One Day." She will be interviewed also.
"It was great to appear on the 'Praise the Lord' program again and perform for a live audience," Keaggy says. "I saw people lifting their hands in praise during 'There Will Be One Day.' I love knowing my music and testimony will be going out to millions of people. Not bad for a day's work. Thank you, TBN!," she said in a press release.
The program will be viewable online at tbn.org/index/ptl, and will also feature guests, Terry Warren and the McCrary Sisters, and iShine creator Robert Beeson.
Keaggy is a three time Dove Award nominee, winner once for 1998 Special Event Album of the Year for her contribution to God With Us.
She has six albums, with her first being Child of the Father after renowned Christian music producer Charlie Peacock discovered her.
Keaggy married Eddie Keaggy, nephew of the legendary Phil Keaggy, but has since divorced.
The singer posted on her Facebook about her next event in June.
"ATTENTION St. Louis! I'll be at St. Thomas Holy Spirit Lutheran Church for Sunday worship on June 23. Visit my website calendar for more details...www.cherikeaggy.com," she said.
"Praise the Lord" is a weeknight program that has been on the air for over 30 years, and has featured some of the greatest and most well known people in the Christian community.
