The Bears did get off to an extremely fast start to the season but have since fallen back somewhat. However, not all is lost yet, and they will know if they can claim the win tonight they will be right back in the race; a Chicago win tonight would create a three way tie at the top of the NFC North with Green Bay, Detroit and Chicago all being on 5-3.

The Bears have had one of the best offenses in the league so far this season, and are ranked number 2 in points scored per game (30.4 points). They have Jay Cutler to thank for a lot of that good work, and he is 146 of 225 for 1,658 yards and 12 touchdowns.

Cutler has teamed up with Matt Forte well, with Forte rushing for 533 yards on 116 carries and 6 touchdowns so far this season.

The Bears come into this game off the back of a Bye Week, and they will have been waiting to make amends for their Week 7 loss to Washington when they went down 41-45 in a dramatic game they know they should have won.

The Packers meanwhile have been hitting some fantastic form in recent weeks and have defeated Cleveland 31-13 and Minnesota 44-31 in the past two weeks. They will want to keep momentum and gain some clear space at the top of the NFC North.
