Chicago have had big changes in the team including the replacement of their head coach. Fred Hoiberg is now at the helm and should help the team move forward and reach the pinnacle of professional basketball.

The team is one of the strongest on paper with Joakim Noah and Pau Gasol as the starting bigs for the Bulls while Tony Snell and Doug McDermott are expected to play the small forward position.

For the guards, the Bulls boast a great line-up of guards as Jimmy Butler and Derrick Rose are still widely considered the best in the team.

However, if one of them goes down, back-ups such as Kirk Hinrich, E'Twaun Moore and Aaron Brooks are very capable back-ups who can more than fulfill the role.

As for Rose, his injury struggle continues as it is still unsure if he will be back in the opener since he is continuing to nurse his facial fracture. The star has participated in games and is wearing a face mask but it remains to be seen if he will take part in their opener.

On the other hand, Eastern Conference champions Cleveland Cavaliers are still the team to beat while no one has thrown them off the throne.

LeBron James is still the best player in the league and his leadership and talent will undoubtedly lead the Cavaliers far this season.

Kyrie Irving is still expected to be out but Kevin Love has returned and that will only boost the team's morale and productivity.

The core of the squad who made the trip to the NBA Finals is still intact with Timofey Mozgov, J.R. Smith, Matthew Dellavedova and Tristan Thompson all returning for another run.

Expect an exciting match-up in the first day of the season.
