'Chicago Fire' Season 4 Spoilers: Dawson and Casey Remain Strong
The upcoming episode of hit series "Chicago Fire" is expected to show the strength of Dawson and Casey's relationship.
Even though the couple has been through many challenges, Dawson and Casey are expected to show their commitment to each other. They recently went through the tragic event of losing their baby.
However, the executive producer of the series, Matt Olmstead, recently shared some details about their relationship. He explained that the tragedy served as a wake-up call for the couple. He said, "They're still a couple, and we have storylines coming up that are going to further galvanize them as a couple. But this isn't the beginning of the end for them because of what happened. It brings them together more closely."
He also explained that the upcoming episode will be showing how the two will deal with the loss of their baby. He revealed that they will have different ways to getting through the pain. For Dawson, she is focusing on the job as a distraction from the pain. Actress Monica Raymund shared some interesting insight about her character.
Raymund stated, "I'm very curious to explore that side of her. Right now, she's a very strong woman, very outspoken, very expressive. It might be interesting post-baby, [if she was] a little bit more subdued and a little bit of a darkness comes over her."
Meanwhile, Casey will be noticing her behavior. However, he will just let her do her thing while he watches over her. With that, it can be assumed that Dawson and Casey's relationship will continue playing out throughout season 4 of "Chicago Fire."
As for the rest of the characters, the episode will have them crashing a wedding. Accoring to Spoilers Guide, the synopsis for the episode revealed that Boden, played by Eamonn Walker, will end up hosting a ceremony at the firehouse after a fire breaks out during a wedding.
"Chicago Fire" season 4 airs every Tuesday.
