Child Services Recommends Halle Berry's Daughter Get Counseling Following Investigation

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is recommending Halle Berry's 3-year-old daughter Nahla enter counseling following child endangerment accusations, TMZ reported.

Gabriel Aubry, Berry's ex-boyfriend and father of Nahla, was accused by their daughter's nanny, Alliance Kamdem, of attacking her and mistreating the child.

Both Berry and Aubrey are scheduled to appear in court on Monday. According to a TMZ source, the actress wants the judge to forbid Aubry from seeing Nahla until the criminal child endangerment investigation against him is resolved.

Earlier this month, Kamden told police that Gabriel pushed her and hurled racial epithets at her all while Nahla was in her arms. Kamdem also alleged that Aubry often yelled at Nahla, causing her to cower in fear and cry.

The nanny filed a restraining order against Aubry, which was thrown out by a judge. Aubry has accused the nanny of taking Berry's side during the custody battle and making false accusations against him, TMZ reported.

"Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate," a representative for Aubry told TMZ.

Aubry has since agreed to enroll in anger management classes for his temper and is now seeking a restraining order against Kamden. Aubry is asking the judge to fire the nanny because of her false claims against him.
