Chili-Finger Lady Facing Prison Again After Severed Finger Wendy's Hoax (VIDEO)
A woman known as the chili-finger lady is being sent back to prison, according to reports this week.
The northern California woman, real name Anna Ayala, was sentenced to four years in prison in 2005 for planting a severed finger in a bowl of Wendy's chili. She is said to have planted the severed finger in the bowl of chili, as she hoped to sue the restaurant for millions of dollars in compensation.
However, needless to say her plan did not go as planned and she was convicted in her court case and sentenced to four years in prison, and also picked up the nickname "chili-finger lady."

She was released after serving her prison sentence, but just a few years later she has got in trouble again.
In October 2012 she was arrested again after telling police that her son had been shot by two men.
That report turned out to be yet another lie from the Chili-finger lady.
According to San Mercury News, Ayala told the lie to police because she was trying to prevent her son from going to prison. Her son was facing a charge of felony possession of a firearm after he accidentally shot himself in the leg.
In an attempt to keep him out of prison Ayala made up an elaborate story, which police admitted was extremely details, about a fake shooting and how her son was shot. She even testified that she knew who was responsible for the shooting.
Her claims led police to question a number of innocent men, and after investigations police concluded that the chili-finger lady was lying again.
Ayala was arrested again and pleaded no contest to three felony charges, which included a false police report, being an accessory to a felony, and possession of a felony firearm.
She is expected to soon return to prison, with her official sentencing hearing now scheduled for September, when she will find out how long her new prison sentence will be.
Ayala was facing up to four years in prison but the judge is reported to be likely to give a lower sentence as the woman did not contest the charges and cooperated fully once she was caught.
Prosecutor Bret Wasley said, "I understand where the judge is coming from, but I respectfully disagree. Four years would have been reasonable since she has a history of manipulating the system."
