Chris Brown Hit-And-Run Case Dropped
Chris Brown attended a court hearing in connection to an alleged hit-and-run on Monday where he reportedly settled the case.
The R&B superstar was charged with both driving without a license and a hit-and-run in May, resulting in a Twitter tirade in which he claimed innocence.
Brown's charges stemmed from an accident that occurred last month when he had allegedly rear-ended another driver but refused to give her his driver's license and provided false insurance details.

During Monday's court hearing, the victim, who was identified as Olga Gure-Kovalenko, dropped the criminal case, according to TMZ.
Gure-Kovalenko's lawyer Freddy Sayegh said that his client is not seeking any money since she did not experience any injury and only minor damage to her vehicle.
However, Brown may still face issues as a result of the case. Los Angeles County has not yet agreed to drop the criminal charges against the singer.
Since driving without a license and a hit-and-run are considered two misdemeanors, Brown could face up to six months in jail if convicted, according to the Los Angeles Times. Furthermore, the 24-year-old could also face a possible probation violation related to an assault conviction from a 2009 incident which involved ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
Brown was sentenced to five years of probation, domestic violence counseling and 180 days of community service.
Meanwhile, Brown denied that the hit-and-run incident occurred via Twitter last month, deeming the charges as being "ridiculous."
"It's not a hit and run if u get out the car, exchange information (who has NO DAMAGE to either cars). This is really ridiculous," Brown posted to Twitter when news of the charges broke.
Pushing his point, Brown changed his Twitter profile picture to that of the Mercedes belonging to the female driver in question.
"I have a valid drivers license and I gave the woman the right info," he added. "She saw cameras and wanted to make a scene."
The singer continued: "She contacted the cops thinking of a payday from Chris Brown when I followed the proper procedures."
The singer was due back in court for a probation hearing later in the day on Monday, according to KTLA.
