Chris Brown Texting Karrueche Tran on Christmas Day While With Rihanna?
Chris Brown reportedly sent a series of intimate text messages to his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran on Christmas day, despite recently reconciling with Rihanna, a new report claims.
The 23-year-old singer, who previously admitted that his love life is complicated, reportedly told Tran that he misses her before wishing her well for the festive holiday. Brown was photographed spending the day with Rihanna, 24, fueling speculation that they are back together, according to HollywoodLife.com.
"Even though he was with Rihanna, he still called Kae and told her Merry Christmas and told her how he misses her and how he hopes she was having a good day and all that...," a source close to Tran reportedly told HollywoodLife.com. "He was texting her throughout the day, too."

Brown admittedly ended his two-year relationship with Tran over Rihanna in September, although the singer has reportedly still been involved with both women.
"...When you share history with somebody then you tend to fall in love with somebody else...it's kindda difficult you know what I'm saying?" Brown confessed in October. "Is there such a thing as loving two people? I don't know if that's possible but for me I just feel like that."
Both Rihanna and Tran, a 24-year-old model, are said to be competing for Brown's heart although their individual efforts only appear to be causing them both hurt and humiliation.
The Bajan singer reportedly suffered an emotional breakdown on Christmas eve while on vacation in her native of Barbados as Brown was allegedly supposed to attend her family party although he never showed up. The tumultuous pair split in 2009 following a domestic assault incident.
"Rihanna was a mess. Her best friend Melissa was being very protective because RiRi was so upset. It was supposed to be her big Christmas party for her family and friends but she just wasn't into it," a source told The Sun UK.
"She had told her family Chris would join her. They were prepared to forgive him for what happened in the past and welcome him back. It seems she just can't get over him. She thinks he's playing games with her mind," the source added.
Tran on the other hand was left red faced on Christmas morning after tweeting a photo of herself wearing a Chris Brown shirt to her 22,000 followers. As soon as photographs of Brown and Rihanna spending the festive holiday together emerged, she immediately deleted the image.
