Chris Evans News: 'Captain America' Actor Dating Comedian Jenny Slate
Though neither of the two have confirmed the reports, it seems the new romance is for real.
After some months of speculation, it has finally been confirmed that Chris Evans, who happens to be Captain America, is dating stand-up comedian Jenny Slate.
As first dropped by US Weekly, it is said that the couple aren't only welcoming a new relationship but they will also appear together for a new project which is the upcoming drama "Gifted."
A source told the outlet that Evans and Slate were spotted on a double date with the "Avengers" star's brother, Scott, in March. Though neither of the two have confirmed the reports, it seems the new romance is for real since multiple outlets have picked up on the story.

Fans started speculated that something more than friendship may be going on between the two when they appeared for a joint interview on Anna Farris' "Unqualified" podcast last month. In the interview, Slate said she first had doubts that she would be hanging out with Evans as she believed back then that they had different tastes. "[But the] first night we hung out, I was like, 'Wow, I could hang out with Chris for like, 90 hours,'" she said.
Evans seemed to be equally pleased with whatever they shared as he added that though he has only known Slate for a few months, "we're like the same animal."
According to E! News, the two met in October 2015 on the set of the drama "Gifted." Since then, they have been keeping everything under wraps until reports of their romance started emerging on Wednesday.
The Star said the new couple could be the perfect match since they both hail from Boston, they share a chemistry that's all to obvious on-screen, they are equally witty, and they're also both 34 years old.
Earlier this month, reports emerged regarding Slate's divorce from Dean Fleischer-Camp, with some sources stating that the decision was sad for both the actress and the film editor but they had just grown apart from each other over the years.
While Slate seemed to have only ever dated Fleischer-Camp, Evans was previously romantically involved with Jessica Biel and Minka Kelly. He was also linked at some point to Lilly Collins and award-winning actress Sandra Bullock.
