Christian Bale Reprises Role as Batman in 'Justice League' Movie
Christian Bale is currently in talks to return to the role of Batman in the upcoming "Justice League" movie.
The Latino Review is reporting that the actor, along with Christopher Nolan, will be closely involved in the project. "The Dark Knight" director will oversee the film, and Bale will once again put on the mask to combat crime alongside some of the DC Universe's other popular super heroes.
"Man of Steel" director Zack Snyder will produce the film, according to the site.

The Latino Review also claims that Nolan has now been put in charge of the entire DC Universe at Warner Bros. which means that the films related to "Justice League" will require his approval. Nolan and Snyder are already working together on the Superman reboot, so the tying in of the universes needed for crafting a "Justice League" film should be smooth if both are put in charge of DC's version of "Avengers."
Bale has stated in the past that he is not against reprising his role as Batman, as long the story complemented the previous work created by him and Nolan.
"I would love the challenge of making a fourth one work," he said to Empire Magazine last summer.
Marvel's "The Avengers" made over a billion dollars last year, becoming one of the three high-grossing films of all time. The film featured characters from previous films and combined the separate storylines to create the ultimate hero team-up blockbuster while staying true to the comics.
The possibility of DC accomplishing this same feat depends on if it could create a "Justice League" movie that is on that same level. Previous rumors surrounding the film pointed to a new actor playing Batman, which would exist separately from the one made famous by Bale in Nolan's series.
