Christian Leaders Honor Life of 'Prophet' Kim Clement After Death at 60
TBN's Matt Crouch and singer Carman are honoring Kim Clement following the announcement of his death last week at age 60.
Clement, who was known as a prophet, would often times travel the world leading worship and become prophetically inspired. His death was announced by his family on Nov. 24 and now some of his ministry friends are honoring his memory.
Crouch, president of TBN, wrote a dedication on his website thanking Clement for speaking into his life.

"Kim and Jane have been our close friends for over two decades, and our lives and ministries seemed at times intertwined. Kim revealed profound biblical truths with his unique style of prophetic teaching and worship — truths and revelations that have literally helped shape our ministry and our future," Crouch said. "Today Kim is with his beloved Jesus. And while Heaven is a richer place, he will surely be missed by all of us who were impacted by his ministry and friendship."
Fellow evangelist and musician Carman Licciardello, synonymously known as Carman, shared the news of Clement's death in a Facebook post and then encouraged his fans to donate money to help the family.
"I've been there to help Kim through this tough time, sending messages, visiting, building a 10,000 name prayer chain, so my heart is broken today," Carman said. "They don't have a gofundme site set up, but I do. If you would be so kind as to make a generous donation I would make sure they get it. It would be such a wonderful act of kindness at a time like this. Thank You."
In December 2015, Clement suffered a brain aneurysm that doctors believed was likely caused by an infection in his heart.
"It is with deep sadness that we share the news that our beloved Kim has died and passed into glory, and is now in the presence of his Lord, his best friend, Jesus," the Clement family announced on Nov. 24.
His most recent hospitalization was due to pneumonia and complications from his diseased lungs, and his body was too weak to combat the illness, the family said.
"The support and love that you have shown to Jane and the family throughout this 16-month journey has been crucial to them having the strength to withstand the fight. We are so very grateful, and we appreciate your continued prayers for the family as they face the upcoming days. Our hearts are broken, but we cannot mention his passing without honoring and celebrating the amazing life that Kim lived," the statement continued.
"[Clement] fought a good fight, finished the race, kept the faith, and is now embracing his exceedingly great reward in Heaven."
Speaker, writer, and Life Coach Doug Addison also sent his love and support to the Clement family.
"My staff and I are grieving the loss of our good friend Kim Clement who passed into glory. Please join us in praying for comfort for his family, his staff and his ministry partners."
