Chuck Norris' Anti-Obama Video Warns of '1,000 Years of Darkness'
American actor Chuck Norris has made an anti-Obama video with wife, Gena Norris. The couple recently released the YouTube video that invokes God and Ronald Reagan, and encourages Evangelical voters to use their power to oust President Barack Obama from his position as Commander-in-Chief in the upcoming November election.
Norris begins the video by saying that "our great country and freedom are under attack," and that the U.S. may be "lost forever" if changes are not made.
"We can no longer sit quietly or stand on the sidelines and watch our country go the way of socialism, or something much worse," Norris warns.

Norris then encourages Evangelical voters to head to the polls to have their voices heard. According to the video, 30 million Evangelicals failed to vote in the 2008 presidential election.
Gena Norris implies that this religious absence at the polls led to Obama's victory four years ago.
Gena Norris quotes the 1964 speech by former president Ronald Reagan, encouraging a "triumph of evil" and saying that past failures "will sentence [our children] to take the first step into a thousand years of darkness."
Although Norris does not directly mention GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney, he does encourage Evangelicals to vote for "God and country."
The YouTube video, which was posted Sept. 4, 2012, has gained both positive and negative feedback.
Many internet commenters are choosing to weave Norris' past career as a martial arts expert and star of the 1990's show "Walker, Texas Ranger" into their puns regarding the YouTube video.
"Chuck Norris wants to roundhouse kick socialism in the face," reads the headline of one blog discussing the video, evidently referencing Norris's classic martial arts move, the roundhouse kick.
"Maybe he took one too many kicks to the head," commented one blogger on Seattle Post Intelligencer.
Still, others are encouraging Norris and other well-known celebrities to voice their conservative political views, as many times A-list celebrities are advocating the democratic platform.
Another celebrity to recently show his conservative loyalty was actor Clint Eastwood, who made a speech at the Republican National Convention last week, urging voters to elect Mitt Romney, who he describes as a "businessman," to "take over."
Norris has previously starred in the hit television series "Walker, Texas Ranger," and action film "Way of the Dragon."
Known to be a devout Christian and political conservative, Norris has switched his focus from acting to running a martial arts studio, Chun Kuk Do, which has multiple locations internationally.
