CIA Summit Opens for Independent Artists
Independent artists are discovering new avenues with the rise in technology and consumer demands for independent music. In response to the needs of the growing Christian music industry, IndieHeaven is holding its annual CIA (Christian Indie Alliance) Summit in Nashville to educate independent Christian artists.
"Regardless if an artist is pursuing the record industry, or desires to remain independent, we provide the tools needed to earn a living and have an effective music ministry and career," said CIA Summit director Keith Mohr.
The 2005 summit is slated for March 17-20 and registration is limited to 400 people.
Attendants will have the opportunity to hear firsthand from industry leaders and successful independent artists who will be covering a variety of topics which include artist stories -- how successful indies are making it happen, how to find opportunities for performance, how to raise support for your ministry, how to communicate with churches and the world, and much more.
Free door prizes will be given away from on-site vendors including guitars, microphones, and more.
IndieHeaven is the largest resource provider for independent Christian artists, offering an advanced set of tools for promotion, marketing and distribution.
