'Clash Royale' Latest News: Bandit Card Launches on March 24; Bandit Draft Challenge Officially Live

One of the four new "Clash Royale" cards is scheduled to be released this month. Also, a special event challenge that allows players to get this much-coveted card ahead of its release is now officially live.

"The Bandit," a Legendary Card, is first of the four new "Clash Royale" cards revealed to be released for the video game through a blog post on the game's official website. The Bandit has the ability to dash at opposing troops or forces and can deliver considerable damage. The best part about this card is that the Bandit can neither be touched nor incur damage while it is dashing.

According to the International Business Times AU, the Bandit has 750 hit points at Level 1. If it does not dash, the card can only deal 160 damage points. But when it dashes, it can deal at least 320 damage points. However, the card only targets ground troops, making it vulnerable to attacks from air troops.

The Bandit card has a dash range of four to six tiles, meaning it can move fast across the arena. The card has a one-second deploy time and hit speed, and it only costs three Elixirs to deploy it.

"Clash Royale" is also currently hosting a special event called the "Bandit Draft Challenge," which gives players the chance to use the Bandit card. This draft challenge is officially live as of Friday, March 17, and a player's first entry to the event is free.

Each battle in the Bandit Draft Challenge begins with a choice between two cards. A player picks one card, while the other card is given to the opponent. One of these players will get to choose to play with or against the Bandit. Gamers will need to earn 12 wins in this challenge before they could unlock the Bandit card.

The Bandit Card will officially be released on "Clash Royale" on Friday, March 24. Meanwhile, gamers can take a chance at getting the card ahead of everyone else by participating in the ongoing Bandit Draft Challenge.
