Both stars have had their run-ins before especially when James was still with the Miami Heat and the two stars would trade baskets to the excitement of the crowd.

Both teams have played four games so far in the preseason and the Pacers have had the better results thus far.
Indiana have notched wins over the Detroit Pistons twice and the Orlando Magic.
Their most recent was their second meeting against the Pistons where the bench players stepped up to give them the 101-97 victory.
Toney Douglas led the team with 15 points while George shot 4-of-6 from the field for 13 in only 12 minutes of action.
George Hill also had a decent evening as he added 14 points in the game while also tallying three steals in less than 20 minutes on the floor.
On the other hand, the Cavaliers have been less than impressive in the preseason as they are still searching for their first win.
With a 0-4 record, the Cavaliers last met the young Milwaukee Bucks team and lost 110-101.
James did not play but the team was led by veteran guard Mo Williams who had 18 points and six rebounds but only shot 4-of-15 from the field.
Richard Jefferson also played well with 16 points as he made 11 of his 12 attempts from the free throw line.
