CMT Awards Winners: Who Won Big?
The 2012 CMT Awards recognized today's top country music artists during Wednesday's awards ceremony.
Carrie Underwood, who took the stage for a performance during the night, took home one of the night's highest honors, earning Video of the Year award for her song "Good Girl."
"I just want to thank you guys for watching the videos, voting for them, supporting all of us because we all need you, we all love you," said Underwood during her acceptance speech.

Underwood was also honored alongside friend and singer Brad Paisley for their collaborative video, "Remind Me."
Luke Bryan and Miranda Lambert earned Male and Female Video of the Year awards, respectively.
Bryan received the video award for his song "I Don't Want This Night to End," while Lambert, who wed country music superstar Blake Shelton last year, earned Video of the Year for her song "Over You."
"This song means so much to me and my husband and to our family," said Lambert during her acceptance speech. "I just want to thank Blake's brother, Richie, in heaven for inspiring us to write this song."
Winning their third consecutive win in the category, Lady Antebellum took home the CMT Award for Group Video of the Year with "We Owned the Night."
Jason Aldean took home his first CMT Award ever after winning Performance of the Year for "Tattoos On This Town."
"American Idol" winner Scotty McCreery was honored with an award for Breakthrough Video of the Year for his song "The Trouble With Girls."
"This awards so special to me 'cause I got to film this at my home high school, Garner Magnet High School [in North Carolina]," said the 19-year-old during his acceptance speech. "I thank everybody who came out to support that."
Earning Duo Video of the Year, husband-and-wife singers Thompson Square were nominated in the category twice. The duo won with their song "I Got You," marking their first CMT Award ever.
